Know What Rabies Looks Like
The most obvious sign of a rabies infection is foaming at the mouth. However, not every animal that has contracted rabies foams at the mouth. Moreover, unfortunately, the spread of rabies often occurs before this telltale symptom. Therefore, it is important to look out for animals that are acting in other ways that can let you know that they may be carrying rabies. Some behaviours that you should keep an eye out for include difficulties walking and acting aggressively. If you happen to see an animal exhibiting this behaviour, make sure to contact your animal control agency right away.
