The COMPANY may use a Member’s personal information to provide the requested services, including services that display customized content and advertising. E-mail and Unsubscribe Policy.
If you received a mailing from the COMPANY, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future, or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. The COMPANY may use a Member’s personal information to send Promotions by e-mail from individuals and companies including clients of the COMPANY. The COMPANY may maintain separate e-mail lists for different purposes.

Member understands that a Member’s wireless carrier’s standard rates apply to these messages.
The COMPANY uses industry standard security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our reasonable control. Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected on ThingsHealth.com Sites in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security. Further, while we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining this information.
