Make it fun

Serve broccoli and other veggies with a favorite dip or sauce. Cut foods into various shapes with cookie cutters. Offer breakfast foods for dinner. Serve a variety of brightly colored foods. Offer a few different dishes to choose from. For example, if you’re having pasta, set out the noodles, sauce, meat, salad, and bread, family-style. Your child might just end up having the noodles and sauce, and that’s OK.
