4. Trouble Remembering Sequences
One of the other early sign of early dyslexia is a difficulty in processing and remembering sequences. For instance, even a seemingly simple task such as counting to five or remembering the days of the week can be problematic.
The main reason for this is because children with dyslexia tend to see as things as one overall picture, but might not be able to easily break things down into smaller parts. Therefore, it is likely not surprising that other tasks that children with dyslexia struggle with include learning the names of colors and shapes and simple spelling, even their own name.
